Steven Feldstein

Steven Feldstein is a senior fellow in the Democracy, Conflict, and Governance Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. From 2014 to 2017, he served as a deputy assistant secretary for the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor. He is the author of The Rise of Digital Repression: How Technology Is Reshaping Power, Politics, and Resistance.
