Ghaith Al-Omari is a Senior Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy and the former executive director of the American Task Force on Palestine. From 1999 to 2006, he served as an advisor to the Palestinian negotiating team, including during the 2000 Camp David Summit, and he has held various other positions in the Palestinian Authority.
