Alireza Iranmehr

Alireza Iranmehr is an Iranian novelist and essayist. His latest book in Persian is Reading Hafez in Private. His work has appeared in English translation in Stories From the Center of the World: New Middle East Fiction, and his short story “Firefly” has been chosen for inclusion in Best Literary Translations 2026. He lives and works in Bandar Anzali, Iran.
